Thisstudy aims to identify the model of five forces of competitive proposed by Porter, and knowledge of the determinants of each element of the model elements and try to apple this abmodel and drop it on to pharmaceutical industry in Algeria, in order to the competitive evironment for Saidal group analyze and determine the extent of industry attractivenss in which it operates, as well as identify opportunities in this industry and knowledge of the competitive position of the compound Saidal within this industry, and all this halps and can be group to learn and exploit available in the industry opportunities in which it operates and as will as avoid the threats facing it, in order to achieve a competitive advantage of being able to compete with firms that work with him in the same industry.

Through the analysis of the five forces of competition for the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria, we found that the industry is characterized by a range of growth opportunities such as the growing local demand for the drug, low cost generic medicine compared to the original drug, Saidal experience in the pharmaceutical industry, the high cost of investment in the industry, the possibility of entering Saidal markets characterized by weak states in the field of pharmaceutical industry, in addition to a range of threats, including the lack of a clear government policy to encourage domestic production, compete with the original drug, the possibility of increasing the price of the raw material.
