The majority of lawyers are not interested in identifying a clear concept of the system of acquired advantages in labor law.

The Algerian law does not mention this concept, he only associated with unfair dismissal under Article 73-4 of the 90-11 law on labor relations.

Is defined as any conventional amelioration advantage of workers' rights derived from the legislation or regulations or agreements and collective agreements or individual contracts.

The advantage is considered acquired either as soon as the emergence of the right who decided, or if it is not possible to cancel it, or must the employee's agreement to its revision.
