The mobile service sector in Algeria has undergone significant structural changes in recent years, coinciding with the lifting of the state monopoly of this sector after the issuance of Law 03-2000, these changes include the entry of new institutions into the sector after it was monopolized by the state, as well as the high growth rates achieved by the sector, in addition to the diversity of laws and regulations issued by the State to regulate and control the industry, in order to understand these changes within this framework, the study relied on the on the model known as SCP .
