The massage his study is to explaine the African contribution in building the global system of human rights through its participation in the formulation and adoption of the right to development.
the Africans was the forefront of students the right of peoples to development in international forums, and first to try to find a legal drafting to it, on the other hand was the Organization of African Unity, the first international organization recognizes this right and gives it dye Convention through the African Charter on Human and Peoples Rights.
the last part of this study it will show that there is a big drop registered in the adoption of the right to development within the framework of the African Union.
الملخص FRE
L’objet de cette étude vise à faire la lumière sur la contribution africaine quant à la construction du système mondial des droits de l'homme à travers sa participation dans l’élaboration et l'adoption du droit au développement.
Les Africains étaient a l’avant garde pour réclamer le droit des peuples au développement dans les forums internationaux, et aussi les premiers à essayer de le trouver une formule juridique, d'autre part l'Organisation de l'unité africaine était la première organisation internationale a reconnaître ce droit et lui donner un aspect conventionnelle par la Charte africaine des droits de l’homme et des peuples.
La fin de cette étude démontre qu’il y a un grand recul enregistré dans l'adoption du droit au développement dans le cadre de l'Union Africaine.
