Like the other criminal laws, the Algerian lawmaker kept in line with the advance of the modern criminal policy in the field of fight against crime.

He does no more fight dangerous and new crimes using traditional and old means, and by modifying the code of criminal procedure in virtue of the Law n° 06-22 issued on 20 January 2006, he invented new means and techniques which go along with the advance of crime such as “infiltration” or “intrusion” which gives a chance for the criminal investigation agent or officer to go deeply into the criminal organization by making its members believe that he is one of them or a partner, and all this in order to know the members of the criminal network then arrest them and present them to the jurisdictions to punish them.
