There are many constitutional amendments that have passed on the modern Algerian constitutional history, and many are the rights and freedoms was provision in these constitutions, either the constitutions of unilateralism or the constitutions of multi-party politics, for after the last amendment in 2016 became the Algerian Constitution contains more than forty article on this subject.

But between reality and the text there is a deep gap, as if these amendments were either the will, ideas and methods and attributes of the head of state even emerged to the surface what is called "the personalistic of constitutions," or was a result of the crises experienced in the system, and I want the amendment Beauty facade nothing else.

Among the large number of these amendments and the many rights and freedoms set forth resonant formats, we find that the other constitutional provisions restrict these rights broadly, with the absence of a clear legal mechanisms that protect their rights.
