We will try in this study to analyse the concept of entrepreneurship in Algeria through the standard model of American entrepreneurshipthat has been developed by JimCOLLINS and his research team, who have studied 1435 institution of the major American institutions for a period of 15 years, and the result of their research wasa standard model for Entrepreneurship includes six factorswhichensure to the institutions attaininga leadership position and staying there site for a long time.

Through a case study of two Algerian economic institutions, one publicand one private to identify the extent of compatibility with the studied model, despite the time difference in development between the American economic institutions and Algerian counterparts, However, this latter is not in isolation from the global environment, particularly in light of dependency suffered by the Algerian economy because Algerian institutions imports almost everything from abroad: raw materials, technology, and management science ...

etc.

In addition to the slight recovery in the Algerian institutions, starting from the year 2008.

The study will address two institutions one private and one public in an attempt to detect differences between the two institutions.
