This research aims to highlight the role and importance of positive thinking on human resource development within the organizations, which rely on learning, training and development in order to increase the skills and competencies of human resources.

The positive thinking of the individual is the dominant power on all objectives that aspire to reach.

So, the existence of positive thinking among individuals may increase getting advantage from all programs carried out by the organization and achieve their objectives.

Thus, organizations should firstly create methods to make human resources thinking in a positive way towards what they have acquired and continuously until it becomes a life style and a job.

After that, the remain results of human resources development will be shawn, and eventually, upon the organization’s objectives as whole.
