the world is witnessing today a series of climate changes, because of an excessive consumption and non-rational energy sources, which cause increasing in gaseous emission, and the proliferation of various forms of pollutants, which included air, soil, water, all of that is due to the preference of economic interests more than future inhabitants of the land, wichcontrary to the principles of sustainable development, the latter is based on the rational use of resources, to meet the needs of the present generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet, depending on the three main pillars of sustainable development, and the fact that the climate issue will be a decisive issue on which depends the survival of living beings on the earth's surface, it was important to develop policies in light of sustainable orientation, aims to control and rationalize the irrational and excessive use of energy resources
