The torture ; is a phenomenon practiced and still practiced until now by the majority of the countries in the world under a various justifications and arguments , whether they are a developed and democratic countries or not, this Universal phenomenon does not related only with colonialism , but when we turn back to the history of the colonial countries we find that the "Torture" is a deeply rooted belief in the civilization and the culture heritage of these countries, that is mean it is not an issue imposed by circumstances and crises, but a set of actions which have been passed and agreed by the legislations of these countries and with the church blessing at a certain historical stage .

Nowadays, "Torture" is illegal but colonial countries which contributed that have contributed to the development of torture techniques and is still working on that by exporting these techniques to the underdeveloped countries, and the sanctification of these torture techniques in order to conquer the peoples and keeping them under their control.

That is why I think that "Torture" is a western industry and related with colonialism and colonial countries more than any others.
