The Expression of will differs from in electronic contracting for his counterpart in the traditional compact, and most important characteristic of these two types of expression is that the first is by using the electronic media and by electronic means, where it can be concluded the contract on the exchange of the parties in the contract remotely, electronic data messages or electronic communications via the Internet, where it became the accepted law at the international and national levels that electronic contracts arise exchange of electronic expression of the will of the parties, form a positive of the party and the acceptance of the other party, and therefore we do not need to refer to the general rules of civil law or to apply legal requirements required by those rules in electronic contracting, so this study was to look at how and the means by which the mail is the expression of the will, as a Comparative Legal study in uncitral agreements and the national legislations of electronic transactions.
