Anticipatory breach of contract and its legal base The main subject of this paper focus on the acts of debtor before the the execution of contract due and led to infer that debtor is breaching his future obligation base on some criteria in long- term contracts.The main goal of this paper is to determine the nature of Anticipatory breach of contract; is it a well- define ultimate breach like actual one, and if so, will that enable the creditor to asked for penalties specified according to contract?We tried to approach that issue using the comparative method by study the legal base according to United States Codes and some International Treaties, beside Arabic Code in Iraq and Egypt.
