The mortgaging of passion's contract for the commercial centre is considered as a contract special which includes the financials movable as the passion doesn't move from the mortgaging debtor to the creditor mortgagee, there fore the legislator pays attention to the protection of this latter of the mortgaging debtor which can be harmful for the insurance that was given to him, as we don't find these guarantees in the commercial law but we perceive them from the records of official mortgaging considering that the passion of commercial centre doesn't move to the creditor mortgagee, the records of the mortgaging of passion which included in the movable corporeal considered that the contract of the mortgaging of the passion recover the movable money.
