Codes has got enough only by indicating Customary Tolerance without specifying the definition, kinds and its rooting, furthermore without determining the terms of Customary Tolerance, moreover the generality of the resulted effects without mentioning the specific details despite the theoretical and the practical importance of it.So this subject has been chosen to answer and clarifying problems above and stating the role of Customary Tolerance and its effects.
