The importance of the study through the importance of the Production and Operations Management in organizations productivity and their role is vital and essential to push forward the process of economic development, and that in light of the economic reality of the present and the evolution of communication mechanism and open markets competition has become part of the production work, and therefore the possibility of manufacturing product competitor on the level requires the development of a global innovation and new methods of production and put the output of new competition.

From here came this study was to develop a modern strategic choices and difficult for foundations and management style of production processes and in the provision of goods and services put check consumer desires high quality within the shortest time limit and within the limits of acceptable cost.

The study aims to discuss aspects related to the management of production processes in the organization of economic and examine the mechanism of action during the time of production, and the size of its collections at each stage of production as the systems of quality control covering production processes in order to reduce the use of energy available to achieve scorer fixed and specified in a timely manner.
