الملخص EN

This study aims to identifying the avaibility of organizational culture, and the outstanding performance for workers in two enterprises (LEA) and (IDC).

Also it focuses on analysis the nature of the relation between the study’s variables, by using "questionnaire" was measured through it three dimensions of organizational culture which is: trust and collective culture, Organizational learning culture, and the implementation of using modern technology.

While we use two principles dimensions to measuring the outstanding performance for workers: creativity  innovation in performance on the one hand and, competency  efficiency on the other.

The study’s sample concerning “125 workers” over several categories "managers, control agents and implementation".Also it authorizes a number of results: the attention of organizational culture’s dimensions, and outstanding performance for workers, us it confirmed the significant effect for organizational culture’s dimensions on making the outstanding performance for workers.Finally, the study has proposed the development of deferent dimensions for organizational culture until it becomes encouraging on making the outstanding performance for workers
