The world of education and training is witnessing efforts to promote educational systems.

Education is the way for people to achieve achievements in different fields by estabilishing the compatibility between the outputs of education and the requirements of the society, which is facing the challenges of the knowledge explosion which made the student lives in a multimedia environment and openminded to the world.

The Ministry of National Education has attached importance to the application of new curricula based on the approach of teaching competencies.because of the success achieved by this approach in the field of vocational training and the global experiences demonstrated by the effectiveness of this pedagogy in performance and educational output.

And the modern competencies pedagogy is considered as an alternative to objectives pedagogy and t this approach allows the learner to get cognitive competencies of science and methodology to solve scientific problems .

This put the teacher in obligation to have a comprehensive perception of these competencies so that he can provide it to the learner since he is the main actor in this educational process according to this approach.

The success of this approach depends on the effectiveness and good use of educational materials and teaching methods and how to guide students to be interactive and discover scientific facts.
