Foreign investment is one of the most interesting topics in various states, where competition to attract both local and foreign investment, is an important aspect within the economic policies of all States, like many countries of the Arab Maghreb countries seek to improve their attractiveness for foreign direct investment in the highly competitive environment among the various countries of the world to win more foreign investment flows.

Where did all of Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco for several reforms in an environment of business performance over the past 10 years, however, these States had not yet become the site of an important attraction of foreign direct investment compared to other developing countries and is what reflects the weak FDI flows to these countries.

This paper aims to identify the reality of direct foreign investment in the countries of the Arab Maghreb, from the nature of and trends and the most important countries invested in those States, as well as to the status of the investment climate of Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco within some international indicators..
