This study aims at defining the reality of creative demolition administration in the organizations of Jordanian businesses to reveal the level of improvement on the quality of services in the organization of businesses in the Kingdom, as it also aims at knowing the role of creative demolition administration in improving the level of performance of business organizations, and whether there are any differences in points of view among the selected sample about the impact of creative demolition on improving the performance of business organizations according to personal and career variations.

The scientific systematic approach that combines the descriptive and analytical styles is used, and a sample of (500) respondents was used, out of 4320 employees in various types of businesses (technical, mine work, engineering, and administration), the number of questionnaires depended for the analysis was (420), which represents about 10% of the total number of the original sample.

The results showed that the administration of creative demolition, with its three branches together, has great influence on improving the performance, as it appeared that they are responsible for explaining about 46% of the new changes.

At the end of the study the researcher presents a number of recommendations for the specialized authorities to increase interest in improving procedures and production process through creative demolition administration, because there is a strong relationship between these practices and the improvement of performance level, and to implement more studies in this field.
