The current study aimes to studying sexual dysfunction among married wemen in order to find out types of sexual dysfunction they suffering from,find out the degree of marital adjustment among wemen and a case study to find out the psych structure to her.

The sample of the study cons is its of (30) married wemen.

1 -a pilot groupe to find out female sexual dysfunction , 12 cases of them have gained a high degree on female sexual dysfunction scle .

2-a case study has gained a high degree on female sexual dysfunction scle and low degree on marital adjustment scale.

Tools of the study consisted of two psychometric tools : sexul dysfunction questionair, marital adjustment questionair and two clinical tools : clinical interview and Macovar persona draw test Statistical analysis: 1- Frequnceies and percentage to describe the study sample for preliminary information 2-Sperman and Kendal t'ue correlation coefficient.

Results of the study: 1-There are positive correlation between sexual dysfunction and marital adjustment.

2- there are 80% of the sample suffering from orgasm dysfunction and 20 % sexual desire dysfunction.

3- there are variation of marital adjustment on the sample of study as following : 8.3% have got weak degree of marital adjustment ,66.7% have got mild degree of marital adjustment and 25% have got high degree of marital adjustment.
