The studying of Environment considers from the Important studies for fixing the sites and places of the Urbanization extension, that is because this study deal the sides like Geology , ground shapes , and water supplies , and which the environment faces from problems in these fields and others The natural characters for the area of study help in its growth along the history , it is not confirm any obstacle before it in the previous till the present time , as the city located in the North West of Libya , and it belongs geographically to Plain of Elgafarah , and it is a flat area and leveled , and few downhill , and it is characterized with Mild climate specially in the Spring and Autumn , as the degree of hot is ranging between 13.5 Celsius and 29.17 Celsius , and the range of yearly rain reaches 346 mm , and Groundwater participate with the big share from the water supplies .

Adding to the Surface water, and the varying of the soil in the area between the continental sand soil , and the white sea soil , the flood soil, the fertilized plain soil, Dry calcareous soil.

But the vegetarian life is few and limited in the area as the Urbanism Urbanization extension, and crawling on the planting coverage.

And the study deal also the Environmental correspondences for Tripoli city to fix the best direction for Urbanization extension , to intake the expected population increasing in the coming years .

And the study shall be starting with dealt the city location and its relation place , then the geological characters for the area , and also the characters of surface , and the Geomorphology , then studying the water supplies , and then follows studying the climate and also the best direction for that growth, and the study ended with some results .
