The research deals with the conflict in the construing with Ibn Malaa in his book (Al Rad Ala Al Nuhati-reply his construer) to know his point of view, opinions and choices in the book.

And in the light of this, the reading of Dr.

Shawqi Daif of this conflict in his books was tested to know the difference between the: - Reality (Ibn Madaa’s book) and the reading of Shaqi Daif.

- And the differences and similarities between them discerned.

The research ended, using a discriplie wayk mingled with strings here and there of criticism and analysis and balance.

But Ibn Madaa believed in the conflict without any doubt, and had opinions and choices where measuring had chance and presence helping him building, judging and conceiving.

And he was traditional in the lesson off conflict, not differing from other grammarians except in replacing the term (Comment) with the term (works).

And that the reading of Shawqi Daif differed from the conflict in Ibn Madaa’s book to the extent that it contradicted it.

The reach gave hints here and there of what seemed different and disturbed in Ibn Madaa’s speech of grammatical conceive in regards of opinion and applying and also of the distortion and fabrication, correcting the mistakes and illusion occurred in Shawqi Daif’s reading.
