The process of production in composing the shot for cadres of animation films is considered the most important part in the field of animation, in this stage lies the skill of producer.

In designing these shots, that is through using visual and cinematic artistic techniques by the producer in his creativity in selecting spots of angle of vision chosen for dramatic scene in the film.

This process is done by using three angles view ( panoramic fish’s eye – view, ant’s eye view, and bird’s eye view ) , through which the producer views the visual elements in order to create composition relations within the cadres of films, therefore, I emphasized, in this study , the importance of the adoption of angles of view by various techniques , an applied graphic study of designing cartoon characters in order to creat the cinematic dramatic sense and the importance of combining these visual and cinematic studies , so that the aesthetic and artistic values of the animation films are achieved and then emphasized the importance of their psychological impact on feeling to attain the creative objective.

Actually, this study introduced the positivism of comparing cinema and visual Art elements through choosing level of view and extent of highness and lowness or the zoom out or in of the shot, taking into consideration closeness and remoteness in order to create the shot of the movie film, in a graphic study oh the viewer’s eye and his tracing the cartoon character.
