Background & Objective: Diffuse atherosclerotic crural and pedal arteries lesions are one of the most challenges in vascular surgery for limb salvage.

Amputations recently can be avoided by applying endovascular techniques5 The aimis to study crural arteries occlusive disease, the therapeutic approaches we have used, and the outcomes.

In addition it is to review the most important international studies5 Methods & Materials: A Retrospective study was conducted between October 2013 and October 2014 of critical limb ischemia patients with crural occlusive disease treated by endovascular angioplasty5 Results: The medical files of 19 patients (21 limbs, 13 men and 6 women) with crural occlusive disease were reviewed.

In the same period, there were two cases in which the lesions wering crossed and the technical success was 91% .

The treatment outcomes showed clinical improvement in all patients.

Limb salvage rate during 12 months was 95.6% .

No major complication related to the procedure was noted 5 Conclusion: This study showed good clinical outcomes without important complication referred to the endovascular angioplasty of distal arteries comparing with international studied5
