In front of global openness and the emergence of the knowledge economy, the information systems of human resources information system occupied stature and great importance in the organization, considering that human resources has become the primary and the dynamic engine and power on which depends the success of institutions and survival.

However, This system lacks to costing of information raised the concern of the managers and directors, the thing that calls the need to linked it by the Human Resource Accounting to supplement the shortage of this system.

From this point, This paper comes to highlight the role which play the human resources accounting and the complementary relationship between it and the human resources information system
