الملخص EN

since the organizations are social entities with individuals of different capacities and abilities and theseindividuals form different groups in order to accomplish the work in all the different areas and activities of the organization , The central element in the mobility and dynamism of the group is the interaction "communication" between individuals, The communication is the artery that feeds the organization, where the exchange of opinions , ideas, information, proposals, orders, guidelines, plans, policies and decisions among the different parts of the organization , and which no organization can work without.

If we look at the administrative process with its various functions of planning, organization, direction and control, Plays a vital role in each position , and the director cannot perform any of these functions without relying on information, instructions, directives and orders, As the administration is constantly facing changing positions and take the risk in every decision taken by the uncertainty of the data or the lack of perfection or to change the situation, the degree of data deficiency is at least less if the department recognizes its responsibilities to adopt a system of telecommunications decrees which it undertakes to maintain and to ensure and respect its rights from time to time.

Therefore, the primary responsibility of the senior management or the chief responsible for each organization is to establish andmaintain an effective communications system.

Effective communication is an essential feature of successful organizations, as it is directly related to satisfaction with work, performance, organizational creativity, and overall performance of the organization, and is related in one way or another to employees.

The effectiveness of the communication depends on the need to understand their individual and collective behavior so that they can shape their success and serve their goals.

However, the success rate is basedon the understanding of theirindividual and collective behavior until the development progresses to serve their objectives.

Hence, the importance ofour study in the attempt to learn about the impact of communication in the organization and itsimplications and reactions and impact on the organizational behavior of individuals.
