Training is a process of acquiring theoretical and applied knowledge, Allows users to adjust to their job position or to prepare them for a higher position, It is also the process of acquiring knowledge on a continuous basis in line with social changes and technological development It allows for optimal use of technical and practical means Which would maximize human performance at work.

Our current study aims to identify the role of training in human resource development In terms of strengthening tourism culture in some hotel establishments In order to improve the level of service delivery to tourists, The research also presents the most important characteristics related to tourism training And how to identify training needs and methods, For the hotel tourism industry , The research also addresses the most important programs in the approved training on the hotel work , The main pillars used in the operation of these tourist facilities, Which are designed to improve the performance of services with the required effectiveness, While consolidating the values of tourism work The final answer was calculated for each item, Based on the total sample responses per paragraph For the arithmetic mean and the percentages for the analysis of the data.

And to obtain information from the field on the subject of the study, The researchers relied on descriptive analytical methodology to describe and analyze the studied phenomenon, Cod analysis results have proved acceptance of the research hypothesis, That training has a key role to play in fostering tourism culture among managers, Supervisors and employees of the Kelfin management of tourist hotel establishments.
