the study is important since it sheds light on the patterns of marriage contract in the light of Islamic jurisprudence and personal status law.

following main question: what is the legal judgment on modern marriage patterns and do they conform to the provisions of Islamic law? the study concluded to a set of recommendations, and the most important: the continuous awareness by parents, educational institutions, mosque preachers and the media of the importance of valid legal marriage that meets all its rules and conditions in order to preserve the Islamic family and the Muslim community.

and the issuance of laws that tighten the penalty on those who offer marriage contrary to the provisions of Islamic law, as that the loss of the right of women and men and boys.

and the urge to polygamy, which god almighty prescribed the condition of justice, replacing the other types of marriages around which suspicions.
