This study aims to treat the impact of listing small and medium enterprises on activating the Algerian financial market, and this is through the initiative adopted by the body responsible for the Algerian financial market which consists in creating an alternative market for these enterprises since 2012, in order to meet its financial and investment needs with the possibility of trading its financial securities at the level of the financial market, following the experiences of developed and even the developing countries that adopted this method before.

This study resulted to the fact that it is possible to activate the Algerian market as it is considered a fertile market that has considerable unused financial and material potentials, especially the inability to provide the suitable alternative financial choices for these companies.
