Study problem:What are the most important requirements that must be provided by the professional football clubs in the application of sports professionalism in Algeria? Objectives of the study: - Identify the administrative requirements that contribute to the success of the application of professional sports clubs of the Association of professional first and second football.

- Identify the financial sources that affect the success of the application of professional sports clubs first and second football .

Study Hypotheses : General Hypothesis : The requirements (administrative, financial) of professional football clubs contribute to the success of sports professionalism in Algeria.

Partial Hypotheses : 1- The appropriateness of the administrative aspects of professional football clubs contribute to the success of sports professionalism in Algeria.

2- The abundance of financial resources in professional football clubs contribute to the success of sports professionalism in Algeria.

Methodology: in this study, we follow this analytical descriptive approach because it is the convinient one Community and study Sample:ourstudy consisted of 10 professional clubs in the first and second associations, which included 63 administrators and 31.11% In a sample and our research tool was in a questionnaire form adapted to the five-dimensional Likert scale.

It was divided into two axes: the appropriateness of administrative aspects and the abundance of financial resources.

The most important results are: - Lack of financial resources hinders the success of sports professionalism, and the total reliance on support does not cover the requirements of the professional club.

- Appropriate administrative aspects of professional clubs as one of the most important requirements for the application of sports professionalism in Algeria.

The researcher recommends the adoption of a clear strategy in the field of sports marketing by attracting specialized personnel, diversifying sources of funding for the professional club, and develop a long-term plan and build the foundations for the construction of self-financing professional club - Develop strategic plans for the professional club constituent system, based on precise and scientific principles according to the policies and principles set by the club and the setting of goals and implementation - Conclusions: -The application of administrative methods and policies that would provide the best for sports professionalism.

- Raising the level of awareness among sports bodies and institutions in the administrative aspects as a vital requirement in the success of the application of sports professionalism in our club for the football.

- Develop a policy for financing and diversifying financial resources at the clubs of Algerian football and the search for financiers, - Finding ways of self-financing and financial independence make the professional club walk financial crises that negatively affect the success of the application of the professional system.
