For the considerable importance for Electrical energy in the middle Euphrates area and its uses in many aspects of life as well as the increase on its demand for the economic and environmental circumstances of the inhabitants and the deficit in its availability during certain months of the year, it was necessary to tackle this subject with all its aspects in addition to its spatial and material variables that helps improving its status.

The study began with the amount of energy being produced during 2000- 2014.

It was revealed that the production rate of electricity in the studied area reached 570.7MW/h in 2000 and increased to 2206.7 MW/h in 2014 through 14 station distributed variably among the governorates which led to a considerable variation in the amount of electricity being produced by each governorate.

Also, those stations varied in the designed energy and the actual one and their production efficiency, as increased economic utilization coefficient of design capacity from( 38.3%) in 2000 to (44.8%) in 2014, but there is a fluctuation in the amount of production during this period, and this led to the fluctuation of the economic benefit also coefficient, and then revealed research on the impact of the most important geographical factors (natural, human and economic) in the signing of the power plants and efficiency in the work consisted of those factors (b climate and its components, and water resources, and sources of fuel, transportation, and market, labor, land, and government policy).
