The SME is an important and sensitive element in the economic strategy of the country's development.
Given its primordial role in stimulating economic growth, its strong contribution to the production of wealth, and the creation of jobs, it constitutes a source of wealth, satisfaction of economic and social needs and the absorption of un employment.
The requirement to strengthen the competitiveness and economic performance of small and medium-sized enterprises, the implementation of a multitude of upgrading programs, as well as structures and organizations supporting and assisting SMEs in Algeria.
The article aims to present the challenge of this policy of restructuring and upgrading these vulnerable entities.
الملخص FRE
La PME constitue un élément important et sensible dans la stratégie économique du développement du pays.
vue sa place primordiale occupée par dans la stimulation de la croissance économique, la forte contribution à la production de richesse, la création d'emplois, elle constitue ainsi une source de richesse, de satisfaction des besoins économiques et sociaux et d’absorption du chômage.
L’exigence pour renforcer la compétitivité ainsi que la performance économique des petites et moyennes entreprises, la mise en place d’une multitude de programmes de mise à niveau, ainsi que des structures et d’organismes d’appui et d’aide des PME en Algérie.
L’article a pour objet de présenter le défi de cette politique de restructuration et de mise à niveau de ces entités vulnérables
