The Arab region has experienced a popular movement that has brought to the downfall dictatorial regimes, with the participation of all political currents, including the Islamic trend, even in the management of the transitional period, from which we record the experience of Tunisian Ennahdha by his troika in a specific period.

Thus, the problematic of the study is as follows: how did Ennahdha participate by his elite and these programs in the management of the transition phase? We have adopted a case study methodology, by which we seek to know everything about the Ennahdha movement as an Islamic party and its role in the management of this period.

Among the conclusions of the study, Ennahdha who established an alliance with two secular parties, made concessions in order to complete the transitional stage, and establish a consensus constitution, confirming its ability as an essential element of this democracy.
