Considered drugs phenomenon of the greatest crimes social ills that threaten the entity of human societies as a whole, especially in light of social change accelerated, which contributed to the exacerbation of this scourge, ie it is one of the negative phenomena that are rooted in each community, and became a reality imposed can not escape from it and the source of problems and suffering at the present time.

We find that this phenomenon has occupied a prominent position in the field of scientific research, as most researchers focused their attention on the knowledge of the causes and consequences of this phenomenon and its impact on society and try to find solutions it is one of the issues that imposes itself to put down on the international, regional and level the local.So we decided in this study to shed light on the scourge of drugs among adolescents orphans in the era of social change, in order to see how the evolution of this phenomenon is the center of this group, which became the most targeted for various phenomena of delinquency and criminality in our time and what are the most important social causes that led to the deployment, and to highlight the reality of the Algerian society, and at last put some solutions to try to reduce this phenomenon, or social scourge…
