Simulation is a growing pedagogical method in training health professionals.
Simulation trainers, through their role as facilitators, constitute a major pillar of any simulation activity.
In addition to initial training, they should benefit from periodic evaluation followed by constructive feedback to improve themselves.
In this article, we propose an evaluation grid of behaviors and attitudes of the trainer during a simulation session.
The chosen items cover the three stages of the session, namely the briefing, the scenario and the debriefing.
This grid will be proposed to be applied in the evaluation of the trainers of the Medicine Faculty of Sfax, in order to make the necessary improvements, to adapt it to the various types of simulation and to ensure its completeness

La simulation est une méthode pédagogique en plein essor dans la formation des professionnels de la santé.
Les formateurs en simulation, par leur rôle de facilitateur, constituent un pilier majeur de toute activité de simulation.
En plus d’une formation initiale, ils doivent bénéficier d’une évaluation périodique suivie d’un feed-back constructif afin de s’améliorer.
Nous proposons dans cet article une grille d’évaluation des comportements et attitudes du formateur lors d’une séance de simulation.
Les items choisis couvrent les trois étapes de la séance, à savoir le briefing, le déroulement du scénario et le débriefing.
Cette grille sera proposée pour être appliquée dans l’évaluation des formateurs de la Faculté de médecine de Sfax.
Ce qui permettra d’en apporter les améliorations nécessaires, de l’adapter aux différents types de simulation et de s’assurer de son exhaustivité
