متطلبات إدارة المعرفة من وجهة نظر الهيئة التدريسية و الإدارية في كلية التربية ابن رشد للعلوم الإنسانية

الملخص EN

The present study aims at knowing the requirements of knowledge management in College of Education for Human Sciences Ibn Rushd from faculty members’ point of view.

A questionnaire has been distributed randomly on the sample of study which represent the population for academic year 2015/2016.

The total number of sample of study was (325) teachers.

The questionnaire consists of (58) item, divided into the three domains, they are: requirements of knowledge management, operations of knowledge management, and institutional performance.

Weighted percentile and weighted mean had been used as statistical means to analyses the data.

The most important results of the present study found that all the aspects of knowledge management had been achieved in faculty of College of Education Ibn Rushd with different percentages.

The present study recommended that it is very necessary to establish an internal network to transfer the ideas and knowledge.
