The present study aimed to identify the level of awareness of the preparatory year students / King Saud University, the culture of entrepreneurship, and attitudes towards it, and the most prominent obstacles to entrepreneurship from the perspective of the students, the study used a descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of 510 male and female students, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (72) is divided on the three dimensions of the first dimension: awareness measures.

The second dimension: measures the direction of students towards entrepreneurship.

The third dimension: measures the Mgooqat Entrepreneurship from the perspective of students.

The results of the study were as follows: 1) came on students' responses to the first dimension of knowledge students entrepreneurship degree high, with a mean (2.55), and a standard deviation (0.3).

2) students 'responses came on the second dimension: students' attitudes toward entrepreneurship, moderately, with a mean (2.29), and a standard deviation (0.26).

3) the responses of the students came to the third dimension: obstacles to entrepreneurship from the perspective of the students is highly arithmetic average (2.43), and a standard deviation (0.21).

4) There were no statistically significant differences between the responses of students due to the variable gender (male / female).

5) There were no statistically significant differences between the responses of students due to the variable path (Humanist / scientific).
