In recent years, the world faces unprecedented challenges and continuous changes which led to various crises differing in nature and severity affecting business organisations.

As such, business organisations are required to develop and change their policies, systems and methods in managing then affairs through the use of modern methods which guarantee the management of crises.

For regardless of the nature of the crises and their causes, companies are required to have effective strategies ready to confront them and mitigate their negative effects.

These strategies must include modern management methods capable of facing these crises and minimise their negative effects.

As such, this paper aims at shedding light 011 a recent and important subject in management governance that is, corporate governance: A set of principles, rules and criteria which should be met in organisations and as such enhance the capacity of organisations in meeting crises and ensure its success and continuity especially after most studies that the most significant causes of crises faced by business organisations is the lack of sound practices of control and supervision and the prevailing of management corruptions.
