The industrial real estate is an important compound of the achievement of investment, this is the reason why the Algerian state is striving to promote it and the frame work of its different politics aiming at improving and shoring up investment so as to achieve economic development through organizing this sector and provide real estate sites which are ready to receive industrial activities .

The objective of this operation reside in covering the needs in real estate field for all public economic operators and all the private sector such as the nationals foreigners in order to carry out their investment projects.

for that purpose Algeria followed up the strategy of economic opening as a basis to encourage private investment and to benefit from the use of the national resources in attracting capitals, through the provision of guarantees and incentives and in granting privilegs so as to bring about the convenient climate and allowing freedom to the private sector in practicing business and reconsidering the mechanisms of the market as an essential means of determining economic activities
