Environmental issues occupy an advanced position in security studies, economics, health and welfare, because of their profound implications on human life, Climate change is therefore responsible for environmental damage, and because of the negative role of human progress, has become the focus of academic and official attention, and at levels beyond the efforts of a one state.

On this basis, an environmental discourse now focuses on the need to limit the negative impact of these changes, to effectively protect the Earth, dealing seriously with the depletion of resources, and reducing the cost of manufacturing, which are practically connected to a serious degree of damage to the environment, as an irreplaceable solution to dealing effectively with global warming and climate change, thereby ensuring a stable and secure life for future generations
