This research aims to show the possibility mechanisms to apply macroeconomy policies in light open regionalism concept where difference in economic level between member countries, and difference in economic systems and policies in order to achieve economic stability between member countries using an analytical descriptive approach by addressing the theoretical aspects of the concept of open regionalism, and the most important economic policies on coordination between member states and analyse how these policies are applied under this concept, The research concluded the importance to harmonize the economic policies in light open regionalism especially fiscal and monetary policies, financial market policies, exchange policies in order to achieve the stability in regional level as well as avoid the financial crisis, In addition to the necessity of availability the regional monetary and financial authorities to task of managing the monetary and financial policy of the member states and enjoys full independence.
