The study aimed at measuring the impact of R & D contribution in enhancing the competitive advantage of the Condor Algeria Foundation.

In order to answer the problem of the study and achieve its objectives, the descriptive analytical method was used.

A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 610 workers to test the hypotheses.

Several statistical methods were used to study the trends of the study variables and their analysis, and the R2 parameter, which measures the contribution of the independent variable in the dependent variable.

The results showed that there is a statistically significant effect of the contribution of marketing innovation in enhancing the competitive advantage in the institution.

The coefficient of correlation is 0.677 and the coefficient of selection is 45.8% of the changes in enhancing the competitive advantage result from the change in research and development level
