This study aimed to reveal the reality of the environmental responsibility's adoption in the industrial organizations from the sample of responsible frames in Fertial institution composed of (164) Researched Through three basic variables the concept of the environmental responsibility was limited in :the environmental policy, environmental responsibility means of embodiment and environmental awareness.

This study came to results, most importantly that the environmental policy in the institution is summed up in the continual improvement of its environmental performance, Minimizing the impact of its industry on the environment and comply to laws , national and international legislation.

And to achieve this it relied on a number of means, including the adoption of environmental management system ,develop its informational (ERP), Develop its communicational system, Providing specialized training and configuration programs .Also the environmental awareness among its employees is reflected clearly in the internal operation of the institution, as well as their participation in various environmental activities.
