درجة تقدير أساتذة التعليم المتوسط لمشكلات الإدارة الصفية و علاقتها بدافعيتهم للإنجاز : دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطات مدينة متليلي غرداية-الجزائر

This study aimed at revealing the relationship between the degree of evaluation of classroom management problems from the perspective of the middle school teachers and achievement motivation.

To achieve this aim, the researchers measured classroom management problems by using an adapted version of the questionnaire of Kamal Younis Makhamreh and the Achievement Motivation Scale of Abdul Rahman Saleh El Azreq.

The study was applied on a sample of 161 teachers who were chosen by means of a comprehensive inventory and it comprised all the teachers of 10 middle schools in the city of Metlili during the second term of the school year 2016/2017.

After analyzing the data, the following results have been obtained: there was a statistically signifcant negative correlation between the degree of rating of classroom management problems by the middle school teachers and their achievement motivation.

The researchers also found out that the teachers’ level of achievement motivation was average and that there were seven common classroom management problems from their perspective, including: crowded classrooms, the family problems of the students, the failure of the curriculum to observe the demands of the learners’ growth, the negative impact of the diffcult economic conditions of the family on the follow-up of learning, the lack of the teaching aids, the length of course contents, the salient degradation of learning motivation among the students.
