The study aims at identifying the role of electronic management in improving the job performance in the Libyan commercial banks, A descriptive analytical approach was adopted for this purpose.

The survey list was used as a major data collection tool Where the study population is one of the senior management managers of the Libyan commercial banks , As well as employees in (Management Training and Development-Information Technology Management-Electronic Cards Management) A randomized stratified sample was selected using proportional distribution in each category of study based on the random sample tables at the size of a population of (649) single ata confidence level of %95 A possible error was%5 The total sample size (242) single , were distributed using proportional distribution, Where the sample size for the upper management was (138) single The correct forms were (110) (79.7%) of the distributed forms, As well as employees in (Management Training and Development- Information Technology Management- Electronic Cards Management) A total of 104 forms were distributed (102) were restored , (98%) of the distributed forms The statistical analysis of social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data.
