الملخص EN

The aim of the study was calculate the dropping out volume from some of vocational education institutions for girls in central governments of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia .The documentary and narrative approach survey is used in the study.

The researcher meant to collect the necessary information through administrative relating to student in these institutes, where she obtained the necessary data to calculate the volume of drop-outs, the information also gathered through applying questionnaire in order to define the educational factors that lead students to drop-out, from the viewpoint of the new students.

Overall rate of drop-outs in secondary vocational institute in Riyadh, Buraidah, and Alkarj though the past six years 1420-1425 (11, 29%).The factors that related to regulatory actions and education services obtained the first place as most important factors that lead to drop-out from the viewpoint of the members of the study with average (2, 15).The most important factors that lead students to drop-out from these institutes from the viewpoints " the delaying of the students rewards" (2.69), " lack of career opportunities for students after graduation"(2,47)" ,The main proposal from the viewpoint of the study members "students bonuses on time and increasing material and moral incentives"(2.68), " Establishing high vocational education for girls to meet the ambitions needs for further studies"(2,68), " Increase the available disciplines that comport with the students' preferences and the lab or market's needs"(2,66).

At the end of the study, the researcher gave a number of recommendations that could help to solve drop-out problem.
