Topics addressed or tackled by ergonomics are expanded in parallel with the various technological developments in developed countries since the end of World War II, It moved on from the specialty that cares about the physique conditions to specialty that cares about greater comfort and security for the individual during the use of the various tools and machines.

Due to the success of ergonomic interventions in finding solutions to many problems, especially in the most industrialized countries in the world, It is also recently noted that some developing countries, such as Greece, Brazil, South east Asia, India, Algeria, have an interest in ergonomics and through this study we discussed the applications of ergonomics in Algeria on the level of some of the training centers: National Institute for LabourNIL, National Institute for the Prevention of Occupational Hazards NIPOH, and Institute of F ormation and Improvement of Working Condition IFIWC on the one hand, as well as its applications on the level of economic organizations (SONATRACH company) on the other hand.
