This study aimed to explore the reasons for marital life-threatening domestic security problems, and exploring its relationship with some social variables, and conducted on intentional sample (170) Single couples working in the government departments of Irbid governorate, the researcher designed questionnaire contained 50 paragraphs, for data collection, after the completion of the collection, analysis of the study reached several conclusions, most notably: Ihe order of problems In descending order as follows: social problems came first, followed by ethical problems, followed by economic, then religious problems, followed by reasons related to the boys, and finally emotional reasons.

"lhe results indicate about the relationship of the causes of marital problems with some social variables, to the absence of differences due to sex in most of the causes of marital problems except for emotional reasons where the differences in favor of wives who are suffering the most in the couples, but for the impact of the place of residence, there were no significant about most causes of differences in marital problems except for economic reasons, and it has found that urban households more economically suffering of rural households, And it has found that urban households more economically suffering of rural households As there are no differences due to the age of married life, but in the reasons for the boys and for the families that went on for her life lived more than ten years.

While the study found differences in the causes of marital problems due to the size of the family, and the evidence suggests that families that are characterized as big in size over the suffering of the causes of marital problems, especially economic and emotional reasons compared to small- sized families are less affected b those reasons.
