The study aims to highlight the role of business incubators, within the local environment, particularly in the south of Algeria, through accompaniment and support for the growth and persistence of private small and medium enterprises at the commencement of beginning.

it is through the embodiment of innovative ideas and the creation of entrepreneurial spirit among a large group of young people.

it stems the importance of this study by working to find a suitable work environment available on the mechanics of mechanisms to support small and medium enterprises, as well as to take advantage of important facilities developed by the state to upgrade the investment mandates of the south, as well as the necessity of activating the bodies, which oversees the funding and the support of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which play an important role in the domestic and international economies.
