This study aims to discover the manifestation of the phenomenon of immigration in the arab Algerian literature which has taken a great place in the Algerian narrative texts.

and i have choosen one of the most influential Algerian novelist immigrant in Italy Ammara lakhous who wrote "how to suckle from the she-wolf without being bitten", one of the main reasons to choose this novel was the fact that it is a creative experience issued from the position of the writer towards the events and the circumstances , the novel showed the consciouness of the writer about what Algeria has lived in the nineties, what forced the Algerian self sseking its self in immigration and to take the occident as a homeland instead the mother homeland.
